General
1.1 These terms and conditions form part of an agreement between Everynet & you, the customer. When purchasing goods & services
from us, you are entered into a contract which is bound by this document.
1.2 Goods are subject to availability & may vary from those advertised.
1.3 Please note that we are not obliged to accept your order or offer you
credit terms. No contract is made with you until the goods are received.
Prices & Payment
2.1 Advertised prices include VAT at 15%, unless specifically stated otherwise.
2.2 Prices may be changed without notice. Please confirm prices before you
order.
2.3 We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, Visa & Mastercard, Debit
Cards, or cash. Visa & Mastercard payments are subject to 2% surcharge.
Cheque payments are subject to Transax authorising.
2.4 We remain owners of the goods until you have paid for all of them in full.
Software & Licences
3.1 If Customer requires any software to be installed by Everynet has to provide installation media (CD/ DVD/etc.) and all needed licence numbers.
Returns
4.1 It is your responsibility to check the goods upon receipt. Items found to
be faulty or having the wrong specification must be reported within 7 days to
us.
4.2 If you change your mind, within 7 days, we may take the goods back at our
discretion if they are unused and in perfect condition. There will be a restock
fee of 10% of the purchase price.
Warranty & Liability
5.1 All our goods are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer’s
warranty. This is a hardware warranty and does NOT cover software issues.
5.2 A Everynet warranty for new computers and components
is for 1 Year Return To Base unless otherwise specified. If you purchase an
additional warranty for an extended period, you will be informed in writing.
Warranties are only provided for the hardware listed on an invoice.
5.3 Your warranty may be invalidated by any additional hardware being installed
within or attached to the computer unit/component or drivers which are not
compatible.
5.4 No warranty is provided by us for any software installed or purchased. The
software manufacturers provide software warranties.
5.5 All software provided by us is protected by international law, the law of
the country and regulations stipulated by the software manufacturer, where
applicable.
5.6 The warranties provided are non-transferable. We reserve the right to use
third party companies to cover any warranties that we provide. Manufacturer’s
warranties take priority.
5.7 The warranty period for new hardware is 12 months unless specified
otherwise. For refurbished hardware it is 3 months unless specified otherwise.
Hardware repairs undertaken by us are covered for 3 months but this does not
cover normal wear and tear, or additional used damage. Software repairs, virus
removals, etc. are not covered by any warranty.
5.8 If non-genuine software is installed on any computer provided or repaired
by us, this then invalidates all warranties provided through us. We can only
provide genuine software.
5.9 All warranties provided are void in the case of: power surges, floods,
accidents, misuse, negligence and incorrect technical adjustments leading to
damage.
5.10 Batteries are considered consumables and therefore not covered by our
warranty. However there is usually a limited manufacturer’s warranty on
batteries.
5.11 Everynet is not responsible for any data loss; we are
not responsible for the damage or loss of any hardware or software (including
carrying case, cables and leads) left by the customer not indicated on your
repairs booking receipt.
